What this is. Educational movement instruction — breath, movement, attention — and a self-assessment for reflection. It is not medical or mental-health treatment, and nothing here should be read as a claim to treat or cure anything. You're responsible for deciding what your body can do; if something hurts, stop.
The free stuff. The assessment, your chart, the written fixes, and your garage are free. No card, no trial, no catch.
The manual. One-time purchase, lifetime access. Founding-member pricing ($15, first 50) is locked at the time you claim it and never rises for you. Refund: run one drill; if nothing moves, reply to your receipt within 30 days and you get it back.
1-on-1 sessions. Paid in advance. Reschedule any time up to 24 hours before. Cancel up to 24 hours before for a full refund. If I have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new time — your choice.
Your account. Your email is your login. Ask for your data or its deletion any time by writing scott@emotionmechanic.shop.
