Five systems.
Five fixes.

Chinese medicine has associated each emotion with an organ system for two millennia. Take it as tradition or take it as a lens — either way, each one comes with a drill you can run in ten minutes, in street clothes, at any fitness level. Every system has two failure modes: running hot and stalled. The assessment tells you which.

How every fix works

Connect → Process → Release

Connect: find where it sits in the body — the readout, the viewer. Process: the breath sound and the drill move it. Release: the maintenance note keeps it moving. Emotions are as real as the oxygen-sensor light in your car; the light isn’t the problem, and neither is the emotion. Ignoring it is.

Educational movement instruction, not medical or mental-health treatment. Chinese medicine’s organ–emotion associations are presented as tradition and as a lens for attention — not as biomedical claims. This practice complements care; it never replaces it. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line.
